2.) ARK at (971) 281-8198 to schedule an appointment to come in and bring picture ID & Covid card

3.) Call ARK at (971) 281-8198 to schedule an appointment to come in bring Valid state issues ID, Covid-19 Vaccine card (or Religious Exemption form), and valid CPR Certification (CNA2 only) or to fill out Application (only takes 30 minutes).

4.) Pay the full Tuition (Grant assistance is available) before first day of class (No Exceptions).

5.) Make sure you are prepared with all supplies needed prior to the first day of Lab/Skills/Clinicals class including:

       -Scrub Top ($12.00 if purchased at ARK)

       -Scrub Bottoms ($12.00 if purchased at ARK)

       -Watch with a 2nd hand (Non-Smartwatch)

       -Athletic Shoes (No open toe or heel)

       -Stethoscope
